- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. - Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
