  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
